🎉 Who Do You Want To Be?

I've been absolutely BLOWN AWAY by what you've been telling me about my new kid's book...which is out TODAY! (Keep scrolling to download the FREE worksheet.)Morgan told me "I cried when I read the last page."John H. said "HOLY COW!!!! AMAZING!!! I'm so excited to have the chance to read this at school. I LOVED the note to the parents."And, Eva P. said, "This book! This message!!! We loved it. It’s a brilliant reminder for kids (and adults). It’s not what we are… but who we are that matters. Our daughter now wants a golden retriever. 😂"I hope that this message gets us to have a different conversation in our homes — one that focuses on the kind of person we want to be. The book was Amazon's #1 new kids book release over the weekend and I'd love your help in keeping that momentum going. All my author proceeds go directly to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (I'm a BGCA Trustee and an ardent supporter). Would you consider getting the book for the children, grandchildren or teachers in your life? Last week I had the opportunity to visit the BGCA club in Harlem and read the book...they were just the sweetest. Good Morning America was there and featured the visit — you can check out the video below 👇🏽.

More important than the book is the conversation I hope it encourages you to have with the children in your life.  I know from personal experience, we can get way too wrapped up in their grades, sports achievements or, let's be honest...what WE want them to do or who WE want them to be. But, the reality is — the most important thing is WHO they were uniquely created to BE and the kind of person they want to be.There's a section at the back of the book to help you foster this for the children in your life. But, here are my three go-to questions!1. What are you good at? 2. What do you love to do?3. What is most important to you?Grab the worksheet I put together for you below! I'd love to see your kids filling this out! And, please tag me on social media
